The highlight of my day was serving in the Kindergarten ministry at church this morning. We taught the kids the difference between needs and wants. It's amazing how the lessons that I teach to my five year olds also apply to me. God is faithful and he will always provide what we need. I told my kindergarteners that God won't always give us what we want. We shouldn't throw a fit or be upset, because God knows what is best for our lives. Today was Daylight Savings- so we got an extra hour of sleep! However, today has not been the best day and I definitely didn't feel like my normal happy-go-lucky self. When little things upset me or my worries drag me down, I ask myself this question:
"Will this matter a year from now?"
