Today was our first FULL day in Mexico! We woke up and went to the breakfast buffet- complete with everything you could imagine and more! Not so promising for the waistline! We even snatched a ton of extra rolls to feed to the fish in the ocean! When we went out there, the fish were swarming us! The water is crystal clear- so we could see every single one of them! Melinda, Shannon and I grabbed our tubes and swam all the way out to the buoys! Of course Shannon was complaining the entire time, about sharks and sting rays! Mel & I laid out on the lounge chairs in the pool with our cold drinks! It was the best! Shannon got her hair braided today, Dad attempted to get a massage and Jason was scoping out the cute Cancun ladies! At lunch I made it on the Complain Train… it was like a fire breathing dragon! Later we went out sailing, but there wasn’t hardly any wind- so maybe we’ll try another day! Jason, Melinda and Shannon stood in the middle of the giant water fountain- of course Mom dared them to! We played a couple games of water volleyball and attempted to participate in the rigged BINGO game! Tonight we met up with Jay’s family, who is my Dad’s good friend and a travel agent. After playing a few games of Liar’s Dice, we all went out to dinner at the Brazilian restaurant! All of the adults attempted to go to the Discothèque- but since Melinda and I aren’t 18 yet… it was a no go! Oh well, everyone was really tired from such a great day!
