Today was Mom’s 49th Birthday- the reason it is birthday week: do whatever you want! This morning mom came to breakfast in her birthday sombrero! After we all finished eating… Shannon comes to the table with 15 donuts stalked high on a plate and said, “Happy Birthday Mom!” It was hilarious! We planned on going to Moroma Beach, but after a couple hours of waiting… those plans fell through! We ended up just hanging out at the resort- which was fun and very relaxing! I laid out by the ocean, played sand volleyball with some 17 year old cuties, and danced in the pool with Jason and Melinda! We got ready for the evening activities earlier today, so we could snap a few pictures by the ocean before dinner! The whole gang chilled in the Lobby Bar, played Liar’s Dice and ate a ton of lime peanuts! Mom, Melinda and I were talking about the new cuties we met today! And then I said, “What if we aren’t able to see them again…?”Out of the blue Shannon chimes in and says, “Their Loss!” It was priceless. All 10 of us ate at the seafood restaurant tonight! EVERYTHING was well presented and tasted delicious! During mid conversation, Melinda’s threw her hands in the air and said, “I got a joke guys!” Everyone paused to listen to her and she carried on… “What is Beethoven’s favorite fruit?” Their was an awkward silence and she completed the joke, “BA-NA-NA-NA!” No one laughed, until Melinda started to die of laughter! Everyone had no other choice then to join in! Then all of the ladies went for a Midnight Swim. We were all holding hands in the ocean and Shannon said, “This is like the Sisterhood of the Traveling Butt Nakeds!” Hahaha! Happy Birthday Debble- we love you SO much!
